I want an old beetle!

          Hello! Welcome to my blog. This is my first post and I was totally unsure what to talk about, I'm going to just use my blog to talk about anything I'm interested in, so I thought I would talk about the car show that I went to a couple of weeks ago! This has left me wanting an old beetle so badly!

The show was called "dubs mania" and I'm a little bit of a boy and love cars! The show was in a really nice place (cannot remember where the place was called but I think it was near Birmingham) and the weather was also beautiful so it was nice to get away for the weekend.

I have recently bought an old golf and I'm planning on restoring it but being a full time student with a part time job I find it hard to find money to spend on it! Here is a current photo!

         

       

I bought the car for £500 from my mum, who has owned it for the past 6 years, so I got the car for a good price! I love it, although it needs a lot of work doing to it I am happy that I have something a little different to most other people my age who drive! It's a mk1 golf gti cabriolet and is 28 years old! (18 years older than me!)

After going to the show though I just want a beetle! Here was my favourite car of the show, a beetle that I LOVE! 

(And hopefully will one day I will be able to afford one haha)
